Team Work

The Winning Team

Sahya is a product meant to be used by doctors to make the process of finding community service providers, for their patients, easy. Sahya plugs directly into the doctor's existing practice management software. Using patients’ stored information and help from doctors, Sahya provides patients with personalised recommendations of community service providers. These referrals can be transparently tracked by all the relevant parties, empowering patients to know what is happening with them at all times. The main aim is to make the process of finding the right service providers extremely easy. Currently, patients have to search for outdated booklets, PDFs etc and call dozens of services before they find the right one. It’s common for this process to take months and Sahya wants to reduce it to minutes.
