What You’ll Do
As Global head of Developer and Community Experience you will lead a team of marketers responsible for community engagement, developer marketing, and event and experiential marketing. You will be responsible for both engaging and cultivating our current community and also creating new and exciting ways to onboard new audiences into web3. Your team will not only oversee the presence of ConsenSys’ portfolio of products and brands at key conferences and events but also create new and exciting opportunities to grow communities through physical and digital environments. You will lead a team of community managers, developer marketers and experiential marketers to bring it all to life. This role reports to the CMO.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
- 10+ years of experience leading developer marketing programs and building a technically focused developer community
- Experience organizing running person and virtual events (conferences, meetups, hack-a-thons, community events with partners)
- Experience building educational programs for the developer community
- Strong marketing acumen and experience developing marketing programs
- Prior team management and leadership experience, including budget planning and oversight
- A passion and interest in web3 topics and communities
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
