ConsenSys announces Ethereal Summit New York
Brooklyn, New York— ConsenSys, the global blockchain company, is excited to announce the Ethereal Summit will return to New York City on May 8-9, 2020 and will be hosted at 1896 Studios in Brooklyn. The Ethereal Summit has become a signature event of New York City Blockchain Week, creating a vibrant space for the industry’s leading voices and the builders of the decentralized future. This will be the sixth edition of the Ethereal Summit, following successful events held in New York, San Francisco and Tel Aviv.
The Ethereal Summit is the nexus between technology and the people who change the world, bringing together technologists, enterprises, startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and artists engaging with the latest developments in Ethereum, blockchain, and decentralized finance.
This year, the Ethereal Summit will feature two stages for attendees to navigate a curated array of topics on the future of decentralized finance (DeFi) and scaling Ethereum. Attendees will learn from the leading experts about the fast-growing DeFi movement that’s seen over $1B in value stored in new money applications. DeFi entrepreneurs and developers will showcase how the most powerful and gated legacy finance instruments like options, insurance, market making, derivatives, and margin trading are being rebuilt in a peer-to-peer fashion for anyone to access.
