    Robert Greenfield
    Co-Founder ConsenSys Social Impact

    Robert is the Global Social Impact Technical Lead at Consensys. His focus is supporting the firm in its consultancy, partnerships, and capacity building across the global social sector ecosystem. Prior, Robert has spent his professional career at Goldman Sachs, Teach for America, and Cisco Systems.

    Silvia Rodriguez
    Director of Strategic Partnerships in the Americas

    Silvana Rodriguez is the Director for Strategic Partnerships for the Americas at ConsenSys. A former U.S. diplomat with the State Department from 2006 to 2018, Silvana most recently served as the Senior Partnerships Advisor in the Secretary’s Office of Global Partnerships, where she focused on public-private partnerships exploring blockchain use for international development.

    Sophie Gu

    Sophie is a researcher working on blockchain projects in the humanitarian sector, with a focus on token economics, game theory and mechanism design. Previously she was a researcher at Ashoka Social Finance Services and at the Development Research Institute at NYU. Sophie received both her MA in Economics and her BA in Finance and Statistics from NYU.

    Jon Lewis
    Head of Product Design

    Jon Lewis is a design entrepreneur from Honolulu. Jon has led the design efforts at startups and organizations across industries like smart government, modern education, clean energy, and the arts. His work has been recognized by a variety of global institutions such as Apple, Bloomberg, and Microsoft among others.

    Alex Kostura
    Strategy and Product Manager

    Alex Kostura is focused on enhancing government performance and social sector outcomes through blockchain-based solutions. Before ConsenSys, Alex was a Partnerships Advisor with the Secretary's Office of Global Partnerships at the U.S. Department of State and a Google Public Policy Fellow at the Center for Data Innovation.

    Shailee Adinolfi
    Director of Business Development, Public Sector Solutions

    Shailee joined ConsenSys in August 2018 as Director of Business Development for Public Sector solutions. Prior to joining ConsenSys, she was Vice President at BanQu Inc., an ethereum based identity platform, and spent 11 years on USAID funded projects in economic growth, trade, financial services and technology in Africa, Asia and the Middle East with Chemonics Intl. Inc. and FHI 360. She started her career in Accenture's federal practice. She holds a BA in Business Administration and MA in International Affairs from American University.
