BlockCrushr has dismissed the lawsuit against ConsenSys with prejudice after review of the evidence provided in discovery established that BlockCrushr’s claims were entirely without merit.

BlockCrushr, Inc. (“BlockCrushr”) and ConsenSys Inc. (“ConsenSys”) are pleased to announce that the parties have resolved BlockCrushr’s lawsuit against ConsenSys and several related entities (BlockCrushr, Inc. v. ConsenSys Inc., et al., 20-cv-3134, E.D.N.Y.). BlockCrushr has dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice after review of the evidence provided in discovery established that BlockCrushr’s claims were entirely without merit.
